About Me

I'm Chris Chase, the creator of the BPM Lifestyle System and a Transformational Life Coach.

When I was just 10 years old, I developed a chronic pain condition that no doctors could fix. I lived in pain for 25 years — trying every therapy, diet, and treatment I could find — before finally discovering the breakthrough that changed my life forever: the BPM Lifestyle.

This 21-principle system took me from being homeless, exhausted, and in constant pain... to thriving, living pain-free, and creating the life I once thought was impossible.

What makes my approach unique is that I've combined real-world lived experience with scientific training . I studied Chemistry and Medicinal Biology at Imperial College London, and I hold certifications in Neurodiversity and ADHD Coaching . I also live with ADHD, Autism, and vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome — so I know firsthand what it's like to face challenges the medical industry doesn't have easy answers for.

The BPM Lifestyle isn't a "cure" for any condition — but it's a framework that helps put your body into its optimal healing state, so your natural repair systems can finally work the way they're meant to.

My mission is to help people break free from the limitations of chronic pain, illness, and mental health struggles—especially when traditional systems have failed to provide answers. I believe that simple, science-backed lifestyle changes can unlock the body's natural ability to heal, restore mental clarity, and bring back joy in everyday life.

But my vision goes beyond helping individuals. I see a future where these principles are not just known by a small group, but shared worldwide—empowering millions to take control of their own health.
